As of May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as RODO, and the Law on Personal Data Protection of May 10, 2018 (OJ 2018.1000) became effective.

Accordingly, you have the right to:

  • access to your personal data (information about the personal data processed and a copy of the data),
  • rectification of data when it is incorrect,
  • data portability, in the cases specified in the RODO,
  • erasure or restriction of personal data processing,
  • a written, reasoned request to stop processing your data due to your particular situation;
  • object to the processing of your data when the Administrator intends to process it for another purpose or to the transfer of your personal data to another data controller;
  • obtain comprehensive information regarding:
    • the existence of your data in the Administrator’s files and the address of its headquarters,
    • The purpose, scope and manner of processing of your data contained in such filing systems,
    • the sharing of your data, and in particular information about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are shared;
    • the state from when your data are processed in the filing system;
    • the possible source of acquisition of your data.

Notwithstanding the rights mentioned above, you may object to the processing of Your data at any time if the legal basis for the use of the data is a legitimate interest. Upon acceptance of a request to this effect, we are obliged to cease processing your data for this purpose.
